Long exposure.
I took this shot in one of two evenings I spent at the shore at Bandon. High winds blew the clouds from North to South, making their movement quite remarkable to me, while it was quite calm at the surface, enabling me to capture the motion over several seconds of exposure. The tiny white light in the sky is planet Venus. Beware of tidal pools in that place though, I've heard of some inattentive people getting an undesired evening bath in the darkness...
